This comprehensive service includes assistance with your sequence designs, binding assays using sample(s) provided by you, single or dual color detection of the binding using a suitable method, image data processing, and signal data processing. Two-four weeks after receiving your sample(s), we send you a data summary report containing background subtraction, control and reference signal guided data processing, list of detected signals, and data averaging. We offer additional services for in-depth binding data analysis and curve analysis of quantitative measurements.

The published work describes the use of our phosphopeptide microarray to explore the possibility of identifying phosphoproteins that are pivotal in eliciting cellular responses during the process of normal cells becoming cancerous. PepArray pro is a proteomics tool to provide PepArray Layout file that contains information about peptides, peptide IDs, and the array-location of the peptides to be synthesized on chip. PepArray pro supports the generation of peptide sequences containing standard or non-standard amino acids from reading user-input sequences, importing from web resources, or modifying existing peptides.  Currently, phosphopeptides from the corresponding databases Phospho.ELM and PepCyber P~PEP are also supported. The designed Layout file can incorporate reference and/or control peptides for quality of synthesis and assay, generate peptide modifications, replicate the generated peptides, and provide design statistics.  The designed PepArrays can be stored and archived.  PepArray pro makes available of a set of catalog PepArray Layout files.
