Protein - Aptamer Binding Microarray - Comprehensive Service (Direct Detection Option)

- Binding reaction and direct detection of a dye labeled protein target (customer will supply the dye labeled protein)
- Array image scan and data extraction
- Data analysis - Basic data analysis (background subtraction, control and reference signal guided data processing, list of detected signals, data averaging,
consensus sequence analysis as requested, results summarized in a report) is included with our array service. Optional in-depth analysis based on your specific application is available.
- If the target protein is not available directly labeled, a dye labeled antibody specific to the antibody target (add $100) or an antibody specific to the tagged target protein
with a secondary dye labeled antibody (add $200) may be used for detection.
