DNA/RNA Aptamer Binding Microarray - Comprehensive Service (Direct Detection Option)
AAS-1001 $270
- Binding reaction and direct detection of a dye labeled protein target (customer will supply the dye** labeled protein)
- Array image scan and data extraction
- Data analysis - Basic data analysis (background subtraction, control and reference signal guided data processing, list of detected signals, data averaging,
consensus sequence analysis as requested, results summarized in a report) is included with our array service. Optional in-depth analysis based on your specific application is available.
DNA/RNA Aptamer Binding Microarray - Comprehensive Service (Specific Antibody Detection Option)
AAS-1002 $350
- The same comprehensive service described above except for the detection method
- A tagged target protein is used with a dye labeled antibody specific to the tagged target protein
- Detection is through an protein-dye*-antibody scheme
- Customer will provide the dye labeled specific antibody
- **Dye should be Cy3 or Cy5 detection compatible. For dye-labeled protein or antibody samples, free dye must be completely removed. Additional purification performed at
the service site will result in additional charge.
DNA/RNA Aptamer Binding Microarray - Comprehensive Service (Secondary Antibody Detection Option)
AAS-1003 $430
- The same comprehensive service described above except for the detection method
- A tagged target protein is used with a dye labeled antibody specific to the tagged target protein with a secondary dye labeled antibody
- Detection is through an protein-antibody-(dye*-antibody) scheme
- Customer will provide the dye labeled specific antibody
- LC Sciences will provide the dye labeled secondary antibody
- **Dye should be Cy3 or Cy5 detection compatible. For dye-labeled protein or antibody samples, free dye must be completely removed. Additional purification performed at
