Base Pricing
- The base price for a custom oligonucleotide microarray is $520.
- This price includes synthesis of up to 3,918 sequences with standard DNA bases to a length of 25mer.
Longer Sequences Pricing
- We can synthesize longer sequences at a price of $5.25 per base per array (regardless of the number of sequences per array).
- Total price = $520 + $5.25(N-25) where N is the length of the longest sequence.
Example: to synthesize an array of 50 mers = $520 + $5.25(50-25) = $651.25
Modifications Pricing
- Modifications are available at additional cost. The incorporation of modifications significantly expands the range of applications for these microarrays. (See our
application notes page for more information.)
