LC Sciences provides an OligoMix® Order Form in Excel format for convenient email ordering.  Follow the simple instructions below to complete the form.  Take a look at our Example Order if you have any trouble completing the order form.

1. Click to download the OligoMix® Order Form.
2. Save the form to a directory on your computer.
3. Fill in your contact information on the top of the "Order Form" worksheet.
4. Click the "Add Sequences" next to "Tube 1".  Enter your oligo sequences (you can copy/paste) on this worksheet.
5. When you have finished adding sequences, click the "Go To Order Info" button to switch back to the first worksheet. 
6. If the oligos will be modified in any way, enter the code in the "Modification Code" column.
7. Enter the number of tubes to synthesize in the "# of Tubes" column.  (the default is 1 tube)
8. Repeat steps 4-7 for any additional tubes to be synthesized.
9. The Order File automatically calculates the total cost.
10. Save the Order File (recommended file name YYMMDD##_Organization.xls, e.g. 04110101_MyInstitution.xls) as the order is entered on Nov. 1, 2004 by a user at MyInstitution.
11. Attach this order file to an email and send to us at: sales@lcsciences.com.

We will reply with an order confirmation within 24 hours.

Within ten (10) business days you will receive your order shipped by FedEx Standard Overnight.
