Updates since Release 10.0:

Number of verified microRNAs increased from 5071 to 6396 hairpin precursor miRNAs
Number of unique mature miRNA sequences increased from 4922 to 6211 expressed miRNAs.
For the first time, miRNAs are reported from Planarian, Tunicates (or seasquirts) and Slime molds.
There has been a significant increase in the number of miRNAs reported for:
