Total RNA to Data Service QPCR-1001
$40/assay
- Our service is comprehensive and includes sample
preparation of your total RNA sample, TaqMan®
microRNA assay (in triplicate), and fully analyzed (t-test) quantitative data.
- Assay - analysis of 1 sample and 1 miR
- Each assay includes 3 reactions (replicates)
Relative Quantitation
- For multiple sample experiments (e.g. treated and untreated) customer should suggest one or preferable two
endogenous controls.
- We will add an assay of each sample with the selected control probe(s) to the plate in order to calculate relative quantitation between samples.
- t-test will be performed.
- Price per control assay is the same, $40.
Absolute Quantitation
- We will add a standard curve (of spike in control RNA) to each plate.
- There are 7 data points/curve,
- Price per assay is the same, therefore additional cost of $280/curve.
- There is also an additional charge of $200/sequence for synthetic RNA
standard.
Additional Data Analysis Services
In Depth Data Analysis Service AS-1007 $60/sample
- Choose this additional service to add ANOVA or other in-depth statistical analysis.
- Basic t-test is included with the comprehensive service.
Optional Individual Services
Bioanalyzer QC Service AS-1002 $10/sample
- QC of total RNA samples by UV spec ratio is included at no cost with the comprehensive services and is a good indication of sample quality.
- Choose this additional service if you have a specific concern about the quality of your total RNA samples.
