Ordering Instructions

Please follow the four steps outlined below to place your order for Phosphopeptide Binding – Peptide Microarray Service

1. Describe the details of your experiment(s).

   • Download a copy of our Project Description Form.
   • Complete as much of this form as possible. We will use the information you provide to design your experiments.
   • Note – for items left blank we will insert information based on our successful experiences.
   • Email the form to orders@lcsciences.com.
   • Customer service will contact you to finalize the details of your project.

2. Complete a service agreement.

   • When the details have been finalized we will send you a service agreement and a quote.
   • Sign the service agreement and FAX it back to us. (713) 664-8181.
   • Use the quote to obtain a purchase order from your institution.

3. Complete a sample submission form

   • Complete a sample submission form prior to sending your sample to us.
   • In order to ensure a successful experiment, we need to know as much about your sample as you can tell us.
   • The form can be emailed to us at: orders@lcsciences.com beforehand or sent in the package along with your sample. Note – If you send the form in the package with samples please place it in a separate waterproof bag.

4. Send us your sample
